基板の形状を決めるには？　その８

しばらくぶりの更新です＾＾；

今後、少しづつでも更新していきたいと思いますのでよろしく
お願いしますm(_ _)m

さて、前回の続きから　『生産時に必要となるデッドスペース』
について考慮すべき、事項を記していきたいと思います。

１．生産時に使用する搬送装置に基板を搭載するために必要なデッドスペース。
　　⇒通常、上下2本のレールにはさまれる形で、生産時の基板は工程を
　　　　搬送されます。
　　　このレールによる、「部品搭載不可」の範囲がデッドスペースになります。

２．部品実装のために必要なデッドスペース
　　⇒アキシャル・ラジアルの部品実装にしても、チップ部品の部品実装にしても、
　　　　機械で部品実装するに当たり固定するための穴や、その周囲のスペース、
　　　　基板周囲の部品配置禁止領域などがデッドスペースとして発生します。

３．基板切り離しのために必要なデッドスペース
　　⇒Vカットやミシン目を使用して、シートから基板単品は切り離しますが、
　　　生産の場合は、その作業に機械を使うことが多く、それによりデッド
　　　　スペースが発生します。

４．半田付け時の反り防止対応デッドスペース
　　⇒特に、半田付けでフロー作業を行う場合に、大きい基板であれば熱による
　　　反りが発生して、半田付けの完成度が悪くなったりします。（不ヌレ等）
　　　そのために、基板中央名が手方向に細い板状金具を装着して、
　　　対応を図ることがあり、そのエリアがデッドスペースになります。

他にもあるかもしれませんが、おおよそこれらの考慮は必要になります。
もちろん、工場によってその数値等は変わりますので、注意が必要です。
